I worked with Frictional Games on their horror sequel Amensia: Rebirth.
Premise: Set in the desolate landscape of the Algerian desert, new character Tasi Trianon sets out on a harrowing journey through devastation and despair, personal terror and pain, while exploring the limits of human resilience.
Work: I did animations and prototyping for several of the enemies and scripted sequences in the game. I developed an animation workflow for the long tassels of the Wraiths, which the client wanted to be flowy, tentacle-like, and without gravity. I developed some of the animations and the general look and feel of the game’s final boss, which is an ancient entity that plausibly unfurls from a very tight sphere.
